Classes and workshops offer you a way to learn new skills, enjoy quality time with your child and meet other local parents. Numerous studies have shown that positive, loving touch has physical benefits, improving health and well-being as well as promoting parent/child bonding and helping children develop emotional security and resilience.

I offer bespoke one-on-one or small group classes in the comfort of my home or yours.
